Losing weight and keeping it off is no easy task. Every day we’re confronted with unhealthy food choices like donuts and birthday cake at the office that can derail a healthy diet.
Being overweight or obese also increases your risk for a variety of health conditions, including diabetes and heart disease. But where there’s a will, there’s a way. This blog can offer help in losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle.
I have given some tried and tested points for fast results in weight loss below. Practice these and you will never have to cry for your extra fat.

Weight loss

  • Eat home cooked meals majority of times.
  • Change your lifestyle.Adapt a new lifestyle. Occasional fad  diets will lead you only to gain more weight rather then lose weight.
  • Building muscle through strength training brings many benefits,including endurance flexibility;reduced risk for injury;increase energy;and boosted metabolism.
  • Drink green tea or ginger tea.
  • stop emotional eating.
  • Avoid late night meals.
  • Do not keep wrong  food in the house.
  • limit alcohol.
  • Reduce smoking and gradually quit. 
  • Eat when you're hungry not you are bored, tired,angry or sad.
  • it is healthy to lose maximum 5 kg per month.
